Fat intestine is something that some people love and others hate. I belong to the former. Fat intestines are delicious, but they are very troublesome to clean. I use the countryside to collect fresh fat intestines from pigs killed that day, and catch the finished products that I brought back by car within 6 hours. If I feel troubled, I can easily buy half-finished products made from halogen.

- 1 Intestine 1000g
- 2 Green pepper or color pepper 250g
- 1 Fresh manure sausage after boiling water is prepared with raw extract, cooking wine, raw materials, vinegar, ginger and a little water pressure pot brine for 15 minutes. Cut into hob pieces. Green pepper slices, garlic seedlings slices, ginger and garlic slices.
- 2 Heat oil in pan, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry
- 3 Stir-fry the sausage and sausage with halogen over high heat
- 4 Stir in green pepper and season with a little sauce and salt.
- 5 Stir-fry until green pepper is broken, add garlic seedlings, stir-fry for two times and come out of the pot.
- 6 The fragrant pepper slippery sausage is finished.
Fresh fat sausage should be washed with flour and salt, and the fascia and excess oil should be torn off. Cleaning clean fat sausage, I used cooking wine and ginger and water to boil for a while, to remove oil and fishy odor.
