Pickled cabbage

Food Material List

  • 1 Chinese cabbage Half
  • 2 Apple
  • 3 Scallion
  • 4 ginger
  • 5 Garlic

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut Chinese cabbage into diamond-shaped pieces, depending on personal preferences, it will not affect eating anyway.
  • 2 When the treated cabbage is flooded with salt for one night, it can be pressed down with a basin of water.
  • 3 Wash the pickled cabbage and set aside.
  • 4 Shallot, ginger, garlic, crude chilli noodles (seasoning), fine chilli powder (color mixing), stir well, add sugar (appropriate amount), salt, continue to stir evenly.
  • 5 Pour the prepared cabbage into the seasoning, stirring and stirring.
  • 6 Cut the apple into small pieces, pour in the stirred cabbage, and mix it.
  • 7 Mix well, cover it with a plate or some utensils, wrap it in a plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and eat it the next day.
