Pig stewed rice with Chinese black pepper

Food Material List

  • 1 Meat pork steak Two or three tablets
  • 2 Carrot Half root
  • 3 Chinese Cabbage Two or three valves

Operational steps

  • 1 Marinate meat one or two hours in advance. Wash and drain the meat before marinating. Cut the meat with knife back continuously and loosen it. The meat will be tenderer and will not shrink too much when fried. Cut garlic into pieces, half spare, the other half used for pickling meat, add a little sugar, a little salt, a little black pepper, a little cooking oil, and mix them evenly with your hands.
  • 2 Wash carrots and cabbage and cut them into shreds. Then you can start cooking rice.~
  • 3 First mix vegetables, pan with hot oil, stir-fry garlic, first pour shredded carrots, stir-fry until soft, then stir-fry with shredded cabbage, cooked and served.
  • 4 Scrape the garlic from the pickled meat and set aside. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the pork steak flat on the pan until golden yellow appears on both sides and pink cross section disappears. The pork must be cooked. Then serve the dish.~
  • 5 To make black pepper juice, first take a bowl and pour in water, oyster oil, a little raw powder, a little black pepper powder and mix well. Then pour the garlic scraped down before into the pan and stir-fry it. Pour the seasoning in the bowl and boil until the juice is collected.
  • 6 Take a big dish, put the side dishes, pork steak, put a bowl of rice on the dish, press it back, and finally pour black pepper juice on the pork steak to enjoy.~

Tips

1 This is a persons share. When you buy meat, remember to ask the pork man to help you cut the meat, otherwise it will be very painful to cut it yourself. 2 Why is it called Chinese style because all materials are Chinese?
