- 1 lean meat 200g
- 2 Potato 2
- 3 onion One
- 4 Curry cubes 60g
- 5 Carrot One
- 6 ginger Several tablets
- 1 Cut onions, carrots, potatoes and remember to remove starch after water.
- 2 Saute diced meat with cooking wine, steamed fish oil and raw meal, then stir-fry and discolor, then stir-fry diced potatoes with oil and soften them.
- 3 Stir-fry carrots and diced onions in oil
- 4 Fry the meat and potatoes together
- 5 Add water and cook for 10 minutes without material for about 1 finger.
- 6 I use this curry piece, 60g is 3 pieces, if the taste replays 80g4 pieces is also possible, stir and boil for 5 minutes out of the pot.
- 7 Thats the finished product.
- 8 Its absolutely delicious to eat on rice.
