Portuguese Egg Tart

In order to eliminate yolk, we made a Portuguese egg tart for lazy people, which is fast and simple.

Food Material List

  • 1 Yolk 2
  • 2 Pure milk 150g
  • 3 Unsalted butter 100g
  • 4 sugar 75g
  • 5 Egg tart skin (trumpet) 20

Operational steps

  • 1 Mix the milk with sugar until the sugar melts, then add the yolk and light cream and mix well.

  • 2 After stirring evenly, filter once and let cool for 20 minutes.

  • 3 Pour in egg tarts until 7 or 8 points are full. Place in the middle of the oven. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
