In order to eliminate yolk, we made a Portuguese egg tart for lazy people, which is fast and simple.
Food Material List
- 1 Yolk 2
- 2 Pure milk 150g
- 3 Unsalted butter 100g
- 4 sugar 75g
- 5 Egg tart skin (trumpet) 20
- 1 Mix the milk with sugar until the sugar melts, then add the yolk and light cream and mix well.
- 2 After stirring evenly, filter once and let cool for 20 minutes.
- 3 Pour in egg tarts until 7 or 8 points are full. Place in the middle of the oven. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
