Operational steps
- 1 First, make potatoes, glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar and mix evenly.
- 2 Add milk and mix well.
- 3 Cover with plastic film and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
- 4 Remove after steaming, add softened butter and refrigerate.
- 5 Making Tea Cake: Separation of Egg White and Egg Yolk
- 6 Add 15 grams of sugar to the egg white three times and beat until dry and foaming.
- 7 Add 5 grams of sugar to the yolk and mix well (I added a little water)
- 8 Mix low gluten flour and tea powder evenly
- 9 Egg yolk paste is mixed with half beaten egg white, and it is evenly stirred. Be careful not to defoam.
- 10 Sift in half of the powder and mix well.
- 11 Add the remaining egg whites and stir them evenly (forgot to take pictures = =)
- 12 Sift in the remaining powder and mix well.
- 13 Take out the potatoes and put them in the cake mould.
- 14 Put in some red bean paste
- 15 The cake paste is packed into the mounting bag and squeezed into the cake mould.
- 16 Oven preheating, 175 degrees 15-20 minutes (specific temperature and time according to their own oven temper adjustment)
- 17 When the finished product is fresh out of the oven, it is sticky. You can wet the spoon, dig out the cake and pour it upside down on the plate. (I dont know if the potatoes stick to the plate downwards, so I put the cake downward.)
- 18 It tastes good.
- 19 Perfect! ~~~~
