Potato cheese balls

Food Material List

  • 1 Potato 120g
  • 2 Cheese
  • 3 Glutinous rice flour 50g
  • 4 salt Few
  • 5 milk

Operational steps

  • 1 Potatoes are ripe. Press them into mashed potatoes.
  • 2 Add glutinous rice flour and salt to mashed potatoes. Mix well with a little water or milk. Knead into small spheres.
  • 3 Cut the cheese into small pieces, wrap it in potato balls, and rub it round. Wrap it with bread bran.
  • 4 Put oil in the pan. Oil temperature should not be too high. Add the potato balls and fry them.
