Operational steps
- 1 Potatoes are ripe. Press them into mashed potatoes.
- 2 Add glutinous rice flour and salt to mashed potatoes. Mix well with a little water or milk. Knead into small spheres.
- 3 Cut the cheese into small pieces, wrap it in potato balls, and rub it round. Wrap it with bread bran.
- 4 Put oil in the pan. Oil temperature should not be too high. Add the potato balls and fry them.
