  • 2 Low-gluten flour Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam it. Then mud the pumpkin and add flour.
  • 2 Melt yeast with water (small amount of water) and pour it into flour. Rub dough with your hands until smooth, glossy and potted.
  • 3 Then let the dough ferment for more than an hour. After fermentation, knead it into small balls and steamed in a pot for 20 minutes.
