Occasionally, one day, an old man who sells strawberries grown in his own field came across. When he came near, it was the small, symmetrical and deformed heart-shaped strawberry that he had grown in his childhood. At that time, I was so excited, just like winning the lottery ticket, and without bargaining, I bought two big bags and went home directly. That day, strawberries were really meals. At noon, I ate most of them myself, and left some for Xiao Luo. The rest was made of strawberry jam. The strawberry jam made by ourselves has no additives at all. You can eat it safely and safely. To make strawberry jam that can chew large grains of pulp, cut the strawberries into large pieces. If you want to eat delicate strawberry jam, you can make the strawberries into mud when you are ready to cook. If you make the strawberries into mud at the beginning, there will be a lot of foam in the boiling process.
Generally, jam is made according to the proportion of 60% to 70% sugar per piece of pulp, because sugar can make jam thick, and sugar is a good preservative. Dont use too little sugar to avoid too sweet, which will shorten the shelf life of jam.
Lemon juice can not only increase the acidity, but also increase the aroma, and has the bactericidal effect, so dont omit it.
