Rice with Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce

Food Material List

  • 1 Fresh ribs 500g
  • 2 Mushrooms 3 flower
  • 3 Carrot One root
  • 4 Red Pepper Half root
  • 5 Green Chinese onion Half root
  • 6 Garlic clove 4

Operational steps

  • 1 Soak spareribs in water, change blood water three times during the period, drain water into egg white, extract raw, wine, starch, garlic marinate for half an hour. Cut the mushrooms into slices, sweet pepper, garlic cloves and scallions respectively.
  • 2 Oil in the pan, saute garlic and scallions, and stir-fry the marinated spareribs for 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry.
  • 3 Add 500 ml of water to boil, put it in a small casserole, pour into the soybean sauce, simmer for an hour on low heat.
  • 4 Then sprinkle onions and cook for 20 minutes to collect the juice.
