  • 1 beef 200g
  • 2 Scallion 500g
  • 3 Fresh coriander 50g

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash beef, cut into neat thin slices, put in a basin, add cooking wine, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice vinegar, mix well and marinate for a moment; wash onion and white, cut into diamond shape, wash coriander, cut inch section, stand by.
