Salt-baked chicken gills

  • 1 Chicken gizzard 500g

Operational steps

  • 1 Rinse chicken gills, cut into pieces, marinate chicken flour with salt for more than 4 hours.
  • 2 Preheat the frying pan 180 degrees for 5 minutes and add the cured chicken gills.
  • 3 Deep-fry for about 7 minutes, turn over and fry for another 7-8 minutes.
