Salt Crispy Wenzhou Fish Ball

Wenzhou Fish Ball is a paste of minced eel meat mixed with shallot and ginger powder, cooking wine, flour and salt. It has no fixed shape.

Food Material List

  • 1 Wenzhou Fish Ball 250g
  • 2 breadcrumbs 1 packs
  • 3 oil Appropriate amount
  • 4 Salt and pepper powder Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Remove frozen Wenzhou fish balls, slightly soften and cut into strips, pat well in bread bran
