- 1 Buy fresh pork, wash it, dry it, spread salt evenly on the surface of the meat, wrap it in a fresh-keeping film, put it in the refrigeration room, and marinate it for six hours.
- 2 Cut the cured bacon into thin slices, wash the vegetables and cut into small sections.
- 3 Heat the lard in the pan, stir-fry the sliced meat until it discolors, then add the vegetables to break, stir-fry, stir-fry until slightly out of the water, add salt to season, turn off the fire, pour in the washed rice, mix well.
- 4 Mix rice, meat and vegetables, then pour them into an electric rice cooker. Add water less than one centimeter to the cooker. Cover the cooker and wait for dinner.
