Salted vegetable with minced meat

Its a good dish for dinner. Mix rice and porridge are very good.

Food Material List

  • 1 Pickles 300g
  • 2 lean meat 150g

Operational steps

  • 1 Stir-fry the pickled vegetables in a pan (no oil is needed, the main purpose is to remove moisture from the pickled vegetables).
  • 2 Pour some cooking oil into the pan, heat it over medium heat, stir-fry chili, garlic and ginger powder, stir-fry the fragrance and pour into the shredded meat.
  • 3 Whiten the minced meat and add the pickles to stir. Put a little salt and soy sauce in here.
