- 1 Pickled cabbage resembling sauerkraut 250g
- 2 Meat stuffing 50g
- 3 Fine noodles 100g
- 1 All materials
- 2 Cook minced meat in cold oil until slightly heated
- 3 Stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic and salt
- 4 Sauerkraut
- 5 Add the noodles, drip a little water and cover for a minute or two.
- 6 Stir-fry and colour with old sauce oil, then leave the pan.
Sauerkraut should not hold water too dry, otherwise it will affect the taste.
