Food Material List

  • 1 Peanut meat
  • 2 Mushrooms
  • 3 Day Lily
  • 4 Yuba
  • 5 Lettuce
  • 6 Carrot
  • 7 Horseshoe
  • 8 Chestnut
  • 9 Winter bamboo shoots
  • 10 Ginkgo
  • 11 The above materials can be adjusted freely according to their own preferences.

Operational steps

  • 1 Lentinus edodes, broccoli and Yuba were foamed separately. Lentinus edodes and Yuba were cut into small pieces, and broccoli was cut into segments.
  • 2 Chestnuts and Ginkgo biloba were cut in the outer shell respectively. The chestnuts were boiled in clear water for 5 minutes, then added to Ginkgo biloba and continued to boil for 5 minutes. Then the chestnuts were extracted and soaked in cold water. The shells and skins were peeled off, and the chestnuts were cut into small pieces.
  • 3 Peel horseshoe, lettuce, carrot and winter bamboo shoot and cut into small pieces.
  • 4 Soak peanuts in boiling water and then go to red coat.
  • 5 Pour oil into the pan and fry peanuts and rice over low heat.
  • 6 Then add Lentinus edodes, broccoli, yuba, carrots, chestnuts, winter shoots, ginkgo and stir-fry together.
  • 7 Add salt, sauce, sugar and chicken essence, add a little water, cover the pot and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • 8 Add lettuce and horseshoe, stir-fry a little for a while, stir-fry well and then sprinkle with fragrant oil.
