- 1 Cut chicken leg into small pieces, cut onions, ginger and garlic slices. Put in wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar (a little), ginger powder, mix chicken nuggets, marinate for 30 minutes to taste (can be marinated ahead of time, time is sufficient to marinate more time).
- 2 Oil pan, slightly more oil, the chicken into stir-fried, the water in the chicken stir-fried, stir-fried until dry fragrance, out.
