Operational steps

  • 1 The crab is scrubbed clean. As shown in the figure, insert chopsticks obliquely between the penultimate first and second crab feet so that the crab will not move again.

Tips

1. Before the crab enters the pot, dip some dry starch in the cut area, so that the crab meat and crab oil will not run out easily.
2. This vegetable pepper and chili pepper can be put more according to their own taste, crab is cool, chili pepper is hot, the two can be slightly neutralized.
But one star anise and a small section of cinnamon will do, so as not to rob the crab of its fragrance.
