Sauteed Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Food Material List

  • 1 Romaine Lettuce 1 pieces
  • 2 Oyster sauce 15ml

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash lettuce, break it into small pieces and cook it.
  • 2 Pour oil into the pan, heat the oil and pour in oyster oil. Stir the oyster oil quickly until it bubbles and turn off the heat.
  • 3 Put the cooked lettuce into the pot, stir-fry it with fresh oyster oil, and then serve on a plate.
