My hands were scalded, so I had to eat these ingredients, but they tasted great.
Food Material List
- 1 Tenderloin 250g
- 2 green pepper Two
- 3 monosodium glutamate
- 1 Slice the tenderloin meat and shred it. (Because the tenderloin meat is very standard and well cut, so the silk must be evenly cut.) Add a little salt, tender meat powder and water, and grab the meat evenly. It will taste better in at least 15 minutes.
- 2 Divide the green pepper into two parts, remove the seeds, wash and cut into thin slices.
- 3 Add a little more vegetable oil into the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add shredded pork, stir-fry quickly to avoid sticking to the pan. When the meat is white, add green pepper, stir-fry for two minutes. When the pan starts, add salt and monosodium glutamate.
- 4 The green pepper is not very ripe. Its just right when its put in, and the meat wont grow old.
