Food Material List

  • 1 squid
  • 2 Paprika
  • 3 Onion, ginger and garlic

Operational steps

  • 1 Skin squid, cut the cross knife into small pieces, and then boil it in boiling water to make it roll up. Remove the spare parts.
  • 2 Hot oil in the pan, scallion, ginger, garlic, green and red peppers cut into granules, then squid rolls, mixed with cooking wine, marathon, raw soy sauce and salt, stir-fry evenly.
