In the home often eat a dish, every New Years grandmothers home will use black fungus fried tofu! So many years have been outside, the restaurant is not eating the taste of home, so decided to cook this dish, the first time fried tofu failed, sticky pot, but in this very successful, only every time it is burnt out before thinking of taking pictures!

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the pot, burn it dry and heat it, wash the tofu down with water! After the pot is heated, put in the cooking oil and continue to heat!
  • 2 After the oil is heated, the tofu can be cut into squares or rectangular blocks of appropriate thickness and fried in a pan. You can fry four or five pieces at a time, turning it over every two minutes! Till the tofu is fried to yellow on both sides, and then clip it out with chopsticks and continue to fry the rest until its all fried!
  • 3 After frying the tofu oil, continue to add a small amount of cooking oil, green pepper and red pepper oblique slices, garlic slices, ginger slices, and fry in the pot, then the fried tofu into the pot, add appropriate water, salt,
    slices of lean meat into the pot, turn over the pot, cover the pot and let it boil!
  • 4 After boiling the pot, add chicken essence and turn it over to make the pot come out! Because I have extra empty cabbage stalks, so I also add them to cook together, not waste.
