Scandinavian-flavored Curry Chicken

Curry is a fun thing. It has thousands of ways, almost all over the world have their own curry style. It was a gift from British colonies in the Middle Ages that allowed the British to spread this magical spice. When curry is introduced to Europe, the spicy taste is far less domineering than it is in its own country of origin. The taste is much softer, and different fruits are added to enrich the taste and layers.

Coconut milk is a link between curry and other ingredients. It can also be replaced by milk. After adding coconut milk or milk, be careful to control the temperature. Too much heat will make the soup oil and water separate, affecting the beauty and taste.
*** Westerners cook rice with distinct granules, because they cook like our next noodles, a large pot of water boiled and cooked rice and finally fished out the plate, we Orientals will feel that the loss of rice fragrance and nutrition, so it is good to maintain their own cooking way!
