  • 2 Garlic

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the eggs and cook them in a cold water pan. Remove them and rinse them with cold water. Cut diced green and red pepper, garlic, onion and set aside.

Tips

Step 1 is boiling eggs in white water. In my experience, boiling water usually takes about 89 minutes.
2. Fried egg slices in cold pot and cold oil, the yolk will not easily disperse. There will be a lot of bubbles in the process of frying. Dont worry about it. After frying directly, the bubbles will disappear when the oil is cooler, and it wont waste oil.
3. When frying eggs, remember to shake the pan often, dont let it stick to the bottom of the pan.
