- 1 shelled melon-seeds Appropriate amount
- 2 Peanut meat Appropriate amount
- 3 Fermented soya bean Appropriate amount
- 4 White sesame Appropriate amount
- 5 Edible oil Appropriate amount
- 6 salt Appropriate amount
- 7 Chili powder Appropriate amount
- 1 Peel melon seeds well, fry peanuts and crush them. Sesame, chili noodles and soybean sauce are ready.
- 2 Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the soybean sauce until the surface is hard and crisp. Turn off the fire.
- 3 Pour sesame and chili noodles into a bowl.
- 4 Pick up the pan and quickly pour the hot soybean sauce oil into the bowl. Hot oil cooked the sesame and chili noodles.
- 5 Pour in melon seeds and peanuts, mix well with salt. Mix a cold dish, add a spoonful to the steamed bread or eat noodles.
