Shredded cabbage

After steaming the rice, I suddenly realized that I hadnt stir-fried yet. I turned around and saw the fennel white I just bought. Because I like the taste of cabbage and hot and sour, I thought about making this dish! And this dish saves time!

Food Material List

  • 1 Cabbage 12
  • 2 Garlic 2 grains
  • 3 Dry pepper 4 grains
  • 4 Tomatoes 12

Operational steps

  • 1 First of all, pick five or six leaves from the whole cabbage, wash them and tear them into small pieces! Drain and reserve; then cut the first half of the washed tomatoes; finally, take two garlic cloves and smash them with a knife!
  • 2 Stir-fry the garlic, chili and tomatoes in a frying pan with proper amount of oil and heat them.
  • 3 Put the washed cabbage into the pot and stir-fry it. When 6 portions of cabbage are cooked, add 2 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce.
  • 4 Place 2 tbsps of salt, some chicken essence, stir-fry for a few times before serving.


I personally prefer sour things, so I will add tomatoes, and tomatoes ripe nutritional value is relatively high, and there is the role of coloring, it can make cabbage look more colorful. Its delicious. My classmates say its delicious. Another thing is that garlic smashed can taste better!
