- 1 Wax gourd
- 2 Bean paste
- 3 Old soy sauce
- 4 Scallion
- 5 Garlic

- 1 Cut the wax gourd into slices. Cut the scallions into small pieces and pat the garlic cloves flat.
- 2 Heat oil in the pan, add scallion and garlic, stir-fry, add two spoons of bean paste, stir-fry red oil and pour into winter melon.
- 3 Stir-fry until the melon is dyed red and stir-fry evenly, then the pot may be dry, add water along the edge of the pot, stir-fry and let the melon stew slightly.
- 4 Wait for the winter melon to taste translucent or not, add salt according to personal conditions, stir-fry evenly, turn off the fire and serve.
