- 2 Egg
- 3 Carrot
- 4 cucumber
- 1 Break up the eggs and set aside. Cucumber, carrot diced
- 2 Oil the pan, heat the oil and pour in the egg mixture, stir-fry, add onions.
- 3 Add some soy sauce and stir-fry carrots and cucumbers over high heat.
- 4 Stir-fry until three or five minutes. Add rice, salt and stir until the color of the rice is stir-fried. Out of the pot! Wow, its really delicious!
The best rice overnight is the same day. Students who dont hate sweetness can put a little tomato sauce to taste better.
