Slim and Weight Loss Meal – Konjac Salad

If theres anything Ive been relentless about in my life, its losing weight. It seems in my memory that I never lost weight. When college students gathered to say that I was actually thin at that time, I can only say that it was because I am more fat now. So I never had enough since I knew that smelly beauty, and because of excessive blood sugar, I had to control my diet for the second pregnancy. I became the poorest pregnant woman. Even so, I reached the height of 160 kg! From then on, my goal is to find delicious food that is not fat. This konjac salad is like cold powder. It tastes refreshing and full, but it wont be fat. Summer dinner is my first choice! Kimchi juice cant be replaced by vinegar, but it needs to be reduced.

  • 2 Konjac wire A pack of
  • 3 Cherry Radish 3
  • 4 Radish noodles A handful
  • 5 Pickled pepper salad dressing
  • 6 hot pepper 2
  • 7 Onion mince 10g
  • 8 pickles juice 30ml
  • 9 Sugar 5g
  • 10 Soy sauce 15ml
  • 11 Sesame oil 5ml

Operational steps

  • 1 Boil the pot with boiling water and let the konjac shreds boil for 30 seconds. Remove and rinse with cold water. Drain the water and set aside.
