  • 1 Three-colored amaranth A handful of
  • 2 Preserved egg 1~2 only

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash amaranth, heat the pan, pour oil into garlic, stir-fry amaranth, stir-fry and shrink the soup, add salt to stir-fry, then put in preserved eggs, shrimp skin with some soup or boiling water for one or two minutes, add chicken essence to the pan.
