- 1 Potato Two
- 1 Shredded potatoes must be uniform in thickness. Pour cold water twice and wash off the starch.
- 2 Heat the oil in the pan, add pepper peppers and chili peppers, then pour into the potato shreds and stir-fry quickly. Add vinegar and stir-fry.
- 3 Stir-fry garlic and salt, stir-fry evenly, then come out of the pot.
Potatoes are not well chosen, a little noodles, should be crisp potatoes fried out better.
