Sour and spicy shredded potatoes

Operational steps

  • 1 Peel the potatoes and shred them, then soak them in clear water. Cut the green and red peppers aside and set aside. Heat the oil and drain the shredded potatoes into the pan. Stir-fry for a while and cut the shredded chili peppers. Because of the high starch content of potatoes, they need to be stir-fried continuously, which is the best way to turn the pot upside down. After stir-frying for two to three minutes, pour in white vinegar. If you love acid, pour more. If you dont like it, put less. Add salt and stir. When the shredded potatoes are soft and ripe, stir-fry the chicken essence in the pan. Steps are not sent out, while stir-frying while taking photos is a bit troublesome.
