Ribs bound by lemon

- 1 Straight ribs 1 jin
- 2 Lemon juice Half
- 3 Crystal sugar 10 pieces
- 4 Corn 1
- 1 Soak spareribs in clear water
- 2 Bubble for half an hour, change water twice, show white meat, soak blood.
- 3 Hot pot, cold oil, ice sugar
- 4 Cook brown syrup, stir-fry spareribs and colour them.
