- 1 Choose a catty of fresh Shrimp, pick out the impurities and wash them clean.
- 2 Choose the accessories, chop pepper, garlic and ginger.
- 3 Match the ingredients for use, add oil to the pan and open fire.
- 4 After the oil is cooked, add garlic and ginger shreds and chilli crumbs to stir-fry the fragrance. Put the shrimp into the pot and stir-fry together.
- 5 When the shrimp turns red, cook it with liquor and vinegar, then stir-fry the shrimp with water and sprinkle salt (not too much, the seafood itself has a salty taste) to get out of the pot.
