- 1 Raw beef 1000g
- 2 Rape oil 200g
- 3 Li Jinjisheng 15~20g
- 4 Cooking wine 25g
- 5 Thirteen fragrances 10g
- 6 ginger 2 lumps

- 9 Pepper noodles 5 ~ 8g
- 10 White sesame (cooked) 10g
- 1 Wash beef and set aside
- 2 Cut the beef into slices and put it in the pot. Add ginger and boil the beef in water for about 40 minutes.
- 3 Cool the cooked beef for about 15 minutes.
- 4 Cut the beef into strips about 5 centimeters long and 0.8 centimeters thick.
- 5 When the sugar melts, pour in beef, soy sauce and spices and stir-fry. The stir-frying time is about 15 minutes. Basically, stir-fry the water to pour out the beef.
- 6 In a dry pan, heat up the vegetable oil and stir-fry the beef and cooking wine after the oil is cooked. Then stir-fry the pepper noodles and pepper noodles. Finally, add sesame seeds and turn off the heat evenly.
