Spicy beef stewed mushroom

You can eat several bowls of rice with one dish.

Food Material List

  • 1 Fresh beef (sliced)
  • 2 Garlic (minced) 3 valves
  • 3 Ginger (shredded)
  • 4 Scallion (Fine Segment)
  • 5 Cumin powder
  • 6 Chicken essence salt
  • 7 soy sauce
  • 8 Cooking wine
  • 9 sesame Few
  • 10 Dry pepper (cut)
  • 11 Lentinus edodes (slices slightly thicker)

Operational steps

  • 1 First, put 1 teaspoon salt in clear water and soak it for a few minutes (to remove bacterial dirt). After soaking it, clean water will be used several times.
  • 2 Put the cut fresh beef in a bowl, add 3 to 5 drops of soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, stir and marinate for 5 minutes (take the time to prepare other ingredients).
  • 3 Heat the hot pot with more oil (to prevent the beef from sticking to the pot), and fry the marinated beef until the red meat is invisible.
  • 4 Add dried chili, ginger, garlic, chicken essence and cumin powder to stir-fry (use small fire to avoid stir-frying)
  • 5 Place the fried beef by the side of the pot. (If you put less oil before, you can add some oil at this time.) Put the mushrooms in, sprinkle some salt on the mushrooms, and stir-fry with the beef.
  • 6 Add 50-150 ml of water (boiling the fire to collect the juice), put the scallions out of the pot and dish, and finally sprinkle with sesame (preferably cooked), which can be decorated and tastes good.
