- 1 Dried tofu
- 2 Pepper
- 3 meat
- 4 Scallion
- 5 ginger
- 6 Garlic
- 7 Edible oil
- 8 Cooking wine
- 9 salt
- 10 Pepper noodles
- 11 soy sauce
- 12 monosodium glutamate
- 1 Dried tofu slices, spare!
- 2 Shredded chili peppers, stand by!
- 3 Chop onion, ginger and garlic, set aside!
- 4 Slice the meat, spare!
- 5 Rinse the dried tofu (not too long), rinse it with cold water, drain it, stand by!
- 6 Add cooking oil, meat, wine, stir-fry!
- 7 Add onion and ginger, stir-fry!

- 9 Add salt, pepper noodles, soy sauce, stir-fry!
- 10 Add chillies and stir-fry!
- 11 Add garlic, stir-fry, add monosodium glutamate, you can! (If the water is too much and there is soup, the juice will be collected by skullcap.)
