- 1 Spontaneous flour is made with slightly warmer water and flour. I use bread machine flour.
- 2 Prepare fillings, chopped scallions, ginger, chopped meat, and cooked green beans with water.
- 3 Oil is put in the pot, meat filling is stir-fried when the oil is seven minutes hot, sweet paste is put in when the meat is white, cooking wine is stir-fried, meat is cooked, put in shallot and ginger, stir-fry for a while, and then cook and set aside.

- 6 Cool green beans and minced meat with a little salt
- 7 Wrap the steamed buns, cover them with a cloth, put them in half an hour, and ferment them twice.
- 8 Cool water is put into the pot. After boiling, turn to medium heat and steam for 15-20 minutes.
