Operational steps

  • 1 Spontaneous flour is made with slightly warmer water and flour. I use bread machine flour.
  • 2 Prepare fillings, chopped scallions, ginger, chopped meat, and cooked green beans with water.
  • 3 Oil is put in the pot, meat filling is stir-fried when the oil is seven minutes hot, sweet paste is put in when the meat is white, cooking wine is stir-fried, meat is cooked, put in shallot and ginger, stir-fry for a while, and then cook and set aside.
