  • 1 Fresh spareribs 500g

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash fresh spareribs for use, chop onions, ginger and garlic for use
  • 2 Starch, salt, monosodium glutamate, thirteen fragrances in proper amount, add water, stir into paste, each rib hangs evenly paste.
  • 3 When oil is poured into the pan and heated until 70% is hot, fry the pasted ribs in the pan. When the ribs are fried golden, they come out of the pan and are ready for use.
  • 4 After boiling the steamer water, steamed the fried ribs in the pot, and steamed for about an hour and a half.
