  • 1 Rinse spareribs, boil for 2 minutes, remove blood and drain.

  • 3 Heat a little oil in the pan, stir-fry soybeans, garlic, ginger and anise, then stir-fry spareribs for a while (Im too lazy to steamed slowly, so that I can cook quickly first) and get out of the pan.
  • 4 Add raw sauce, oil consumption and sugar to the spareribs, and marinate them for a while.
  • 5 Pumpkin and sparerib pendulum, steamed in low heat for 30 minutes after boiling over high heat, and decorated with scallions after boiling out


If time is enough, it can be steamed all the way. I cooked the spareribs and pumpkin first, steaming them to absorb each others fragrance
