Operational steps

  • 1 1. Wash the crucian carp, put three knives on both sides of the back and salted for about 10 minutes. 2. Cook red pepper, ginger, garlic and onions in a spare hot pot, then fry them in a medium-heat, fry them until golden yellow on the surface, then pour in a small bowl of water, put proper amount of steamed fish oil, consume oil, and boil a small amount of soy sauce in a small heat for about 5 minutes. Place crucian carp in a dish and put the fish soup in a bowl. 3. Heat the oil in a hot pot and fry the cut red pepper, garlic and ginger over medium heat. Pour into the fish soup. Add monosodium glutamate, scallion, stir-fry a few times and pour over the fish.
