- 1 Quail egg 250g
- 2 tomato 2 only
- 1 Wash quail eggs and boil them in boiling water until they are 8-year-old. Remove the shells and dice the tomatoes.
- 2 Heat the oil in the pan, pour it into quail eggs and fry until golden brown. Drain the oil.
- 3 Remaining oil in the pan, stir-fry the diced tomatoes, add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, water, then add quail eggs, boil until the sauce is dry.
