Most people havent eaten the roots of Artemisia officinalis. They should be categorized as weird food. Its a bit like Houttuynia. People who like it cant enjoy it. People who dont like it dont want to eat it when they smell it. My boyfriend likes it. Ill eat some of it. The bacon inside is my favorite. Haha.

Food Material List

  • 1 Bacon A small piece
  • 2 Gracilaria officinalis A reel
  • 3 Dry pepper A handful
  • 4 Salt, monosodium glutamate Appropriate amount
  • 5 Soy sauce, vinegar Several drops
