- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 tomato
- 3 Green pepper
- 1 Cut tomatoes, broccoli into small pieces, green pepper into small segments.
- 2 Add water, a little salt and oil to the pot. Boil the water and put cauliflower in it. Cook for 1 minute after boiling the water again. Put green pepper in the pot. Remove the reserve.
- 3 Add oil in the pan, stir-fry onions, stir-fry tomatoes in small heat until oil turns red, tomatoes become soft, add salt, monosodium glutamate and cauliflower are stir-fried well.
