- 1 Bacon
- 2 Mungbean sprout
- 3 Leek
- 1 Cut the bacon into strips, sit in a pan with hot oil (less oil), stir-fry quickly and put aside.
- 2 Stir-fry mung bean sprouts in a pan, then add bacon, stir-fry evenly.
- 3 Put mung bean sprouts and bacon on one side of the pot, add leek, stir-fry well, add salt and a little chicken essence when leek comes out of water, and get out of the pot.
Bacon will produce oil when it is heated and stir-fried, so you cant add too much oil to stir-fry, otherwise it will be greasy and salty, so salt should not be added too much to avoid being too salty
