Stir-fried lotus root with soy sauce

Food Material List

  • 1 Lotus root
  • 2 Ripe pea
  • 3 Cooked peanut beans

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut lotus root into small pieces and reserve them with water (or stir-fry them directly).
  • 2 Cut red pepper into small dices and onions into small pieces.
  • 3 Add chili pepper and shallot, stir-fry lotus root, add two spoons of sweet paste, add sugar, a little salt, stir-fry chicken essence evenly according to personal taste.
  • 4 Sprinkle the fried peas and cooked peanuts at last.
