Stir-fried meat with garlic moss

  • 1 Garlic sprouts
  • 2 Pork
  • 3 ginger
  • 4 Garlic
  • 5 Dry pepper

Operational steps

  • 1 Cut garlic moss and shredded pork into dry starch, raw extract and cooking wine for 10 minutes. Cut ginger, garlic and dried chilli into circles and set aside.

  • 3 Stir-fry the garlic moss with hot oil (pour a little bit) in the pan again. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic powder and dried chili pepper until fragrant. Stir-fry the garlic moss until it is ripe. Stir-fry the shredded meat well in advance. Stir-fry the salt and chicken essence in the pan.
