- 1 Spinach
- 2 Rice cake
- 3 salt
- 1 Rinse spinach and cut it into slices. Cut it and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes.
- 2 Cool oil in hot pot, after oil is hot, pour in spinach, stir-fry quickly over high heat, stir-fry several times with rice cakes, then add salt and water after spinach is soft, and wait for rice cakes to boil and then serve out.
