Stir-Fried Rice with Meat and Vegetables

Food Material List

  • 1 Steamed Rice A small bowl
  • 2 Carrot Half root
  • 3 Romaine Lettuce Appropriate amount
  • 4 Egg One
  • 5 Scallion One piece
  • 6 Soy sauce Appropriate amount
  • 7 Oyster Sauce Appropriate amount

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash and cut carrots, lettuce and scallions. Stir-fry the shredded carrots in a hot pan with oil, stir-fry the eggs together, stir-fry the eggs until cooked, stir-fry the lettuce until 7 minutes cooked, and set aside.
  • 2 Oil in hot pot, stir-fry rice until the rice is spread out, stir-fry egg lettuce together, stir-fry raw and oil-consuming for 2 minutes, then stir-fry onions for a few times, and you can get out of the pot.
