- 1 Steamed Rice A small bowl
- 2 Carrot Half root
- 3 Romaine Lettuce Appropriate amount
- 4 Egg One
- 5 Scallion One piece
- 6 Soy sauce Appropriate amount

- 1 Wash and cut carrots, lettuce and scallions. Stir-fry the shredded carrots in a hot pan with oil, stir-fry the eggs together, stir-fry the eggs until cooked, stir-fry the lettuce until 7 minutes cooked, and set aside.
